CAMPFIRE CLAW This invention is a metal tool used to maintain a wood-burning campfire. It consists of a metal pipe of 1/2 inch diameter with a handle welded about 1/3 down its length and two claw-like fixed extensions at the lower end to grab and support the log. Another rod of metal in inserted in the pipe and is formed at the top end so as to provide a rotating handle with which to manipulate the claw, and a claw-like extension is formed at the lower end of this rod so that it interplays by rotation with the 2 fixed claws on the pipe. Together, these claws function somewhat similarly to the talons of a hawk in griping and holding firm the log or burning ember.
