<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generator capable of stably generating H<+> (H2 O)n , a positive ion, and O2 <-> (H2 O)m , negative ion, with small and simple constitution, and easy in adjusting the position of electrodes. SOLUTION: An ion generating element generates H<+> (H2 O)n (n represents a natural number) and O2 <-> (H2 O)m (m represents a natural number) in the air, and has the surface electrode arranged on the surface of a dielectric and the internal electrode arranged inside the dielectric. The surface electrode and the internal electrode are arranged in parallel.</p> |
