PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a shooting force while maintaining no change in the load of an actuator. SOLUTION: When a fixing screw 35 is unfastened and a person performs the rotating operation of a control manipulator 33 in one direction, a guide rail 4 is moved forward in the direction of an arrow X1 to a device base 3 and when the person performs the rotating operation of the control manipulator 33 in the other direction and the guide rail 4 is moved backward in the direction of an arrow X2 to the device base 3, a mount base 2 is moved forward or backward to the device base 3 through a fixing ring 30, a lower front damper 31 and a lower rear damper 32. Then, through an electromagnetic solenoid 1 fixed on the mount base 2, a hammer 5 is moved forward from a position shown by a real line to a position shown by a virtual line or backward from the position shown by the virtual line to the position shown by the read line, and a shooting starting distance L becomes a suitable distance, with which the shooting force of the hammer 5 is fixed.
