PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combination of an air valve with a sole that is a part of a refreshment system for a shoe. SOLUTION: This shoe has the air valve for the air refreshment system, and the system includes an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve. The sole has a traverse wall clearing an air chamber and an air passage inside the sole, or an isolation wall separating the air chamber from the air passage is present in the sole. The traverse wall has a through-hole or a bore penetrating the traverse wall, and the isolation wall has an inclined through-hole or bore penetrating the isolation wall. The air valve has an installation part with a movable diaphragm, can be inserted into a traverse hole of the air chamber inside the sole, and is provided as the one-side flow type air inlet valve. The one-side flow type air valve can be also installed inside the hole of the isolation wall. An upper part of the through-hole is formed with an expansion part, and the diaphragm is located in the expansion part. Thus, the air outlet valve is formed.
