SOLUTION: The surface of a core material 32 made of a metal is coated with a fluoro resin coating with a double layer structure composed of an inner side coating layer 34 of a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene with high hardness and excellent adhesion property to a metal and other resin and an outside coating layer 36 of a tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer with a low hardness and flexibility.
