<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device and method decreasing exhausted pollution gas. SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device including a pipe leading the gas from an exhaust manifold of an engine and injecting the gas into the exhaust emission control device comprises a static chamber 3 expanding gas; and a first filter 4, a first buffer plate 5a, a second filter 4', and a center diffuser that are disposed so as to let the gas pass in turn. The center diffuser makes a flow of the gas contact with a flow of the outside air, leads a part of pollution gas to a turbulent chamber 32 to send that to engine as suction gas, and leads a flow of remaining gas to one end portion of a pipe provided in an atomizer to send that to an exhaust pipe. The turbulent chamber 32 comprises an opening portion at a part thereof, expands the gas by a fixed vane, and leads the gas to the atomizer. The atomizer sends the collected gas from an outlet to the engine again.</p> |
