<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing a trouble such that the long paper is caught or interfered by parts arranged on positions beyond the width of a feeding passage. SOLUTION: A pair of skew detecting sensors 81, 82 for detecting the skew of the long paper 17 are mounted at both side parts of the feed passage 80 of the long paper 17 between a paper feed roller 26 and a pair of registration rollers 36, 37. When a side edge of the long paper 17 is fed in the feeding direction F over the width W of the feeding passage 80, the skew detecting sensors 81, 82 react on the side edge of the long paper 17, and the driving of the device is immediately stopped by the reaction.</p> |
