PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose calking fitting and a calking jig therefore capable of enhancing a sealing property of a fitting installing part and a static grip force. SOLUTION: A calking part of a socket fitting 13 for integrally connecting a pipe 11 and a hose 12 is formed into a multi-stage calking structure 14 and in this embodiment, the calking part is formed into a two-stage calking structure. The multi-stage calking structure 14 is constituted by the maximum calking part 14a in which a crimping amount becomes the maximum and a second state calking part 14b in which the crimping amount continues thereto. It is preferable that the multi-stage calking structure 14 forms at least one part of the calking part formed in the longitudinal direction of the socket fitting 13.
