<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane concentrator showing an excellent efficiency in carbon dioxide removal. SOLUTION: The methane concentrator 1 possesses an absorption part 2 having a hollow fiber that contacts an absorbent liquid, and a pump 3 which supplies the absorbent liquid to the absorption part 2. Here, the absorption part 2 supplies a raw material gas containing methane gas and carbon dioxide to the hollow fiber to allow the elution of carbon dioxide from the hollow fiber into the absorbent liquid. The absorption part is assembled so that the absorbent liquid flows perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the hollow fiber.</p> |
