SOLUTION: This vehicle engine torque control device with the infinite variable speed ratio continuously variable transmission calculates a target engine torque based on a vehicle target drive torque from a target drive torque calculation part 14c and an IVT(Infinitely Variable Transmission) torque ratio Tivt from a IVT torque ratio estimation part 14g and controls to provide a calculated target engine torque. This device is provided with a torque ratio estimating IVT speed ratio calculation part 14f calculating an IVT speed ratio Eivt1 used for estimating the torque ratio in shifting the mode by limiting it according to a CVT variable speed ratio Gcvt0 when starting the shift of the mode, and the IVT torque ratio estimation part 14g estimating the IVT torque ratio Tivt using the torque ratio estimating IVT speed ratio Eivt1 from the torque ratio estimating IVT speed ratio calculation part 14f.</p>
