<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic board having wiring conductors capable of suppressing a fault by enhancing reliability, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The multilayer ceramic board comprises a green sheet for suppressing a contraction to become a support 3 for suppressing the contraction, containing a plurality of functional green sheets to become a functional ceramic layer 2 and a ceramic material not sintered at a sintering temperature of the ceramic functional material included in the functional ceramic layer 2; a first wiring conductor 4 made of a metal conductor selected from the group consisting of a metal foil, a metal wire and a thin film conductor; and a second wiring conductor 5 made of a thick film conductor. The method for manufacturing the multilayer ceramic board comprises the steps of preparing a raw composite laminate, and baking the laminate to obtain the multilayer ceramic board 1.</p> |
