PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system/method/program for supporting sales by which a customer can confirm the stock of required recycle part at a sales site. SOLUTION: The sales supporting system 10 is provided with a host computer 12 installed at a single place, a retrieving computer 14 installed at a retrieval center and a portable telephone set 16 held by a business person to perform the sales of used parts through network communication.
