PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system using refrigerant except chlorofluorocarbon for a heat pump and having good thermal efficiency, a building unit with the hot water supply system and a unit building with the hot water supply system without the need for installing a hot water storage tank or the like using this hot water supply system after execution of works. SOLUTION: This is a hot water supply system using a heat pump. This hot water supply system has such a structure as to use the heat generated at the time of compressing and condensing carbon dioxide for the refrigerant of the heat pump for hot water supply.
