PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, in providing a radio relay system 8 with data calling and called function, enables data communication with a service console 9, raising equipment cost by that amount, resulting in difficulty in introduction of a system, which requires the cost of building the system to be suppressed, such as personal handyphone system (PHS) and fixed wireless access system (FWA). SOLUTION: When a service console 21 inspects a radio relay system 19, a radio terminal 20 conducts communication for data with the service console 21, in place of with the radio relay system 19. |
