摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for injecting silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material into the molten iron to prevent deviation generation of silicon content in molten iron stored and transferred after being supplied from a blast furnace to TLC (torpedo ladle car) is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for injecting silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material into molten iron comprises a silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material injection hopper(20) for storing a silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material to inject the silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material into the molten iron in proportion to tapping speed of the molten iron from a blast furnace until iron receiving is initiated and finished according to a target iron receiving amount during injection of the silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material for the TLC (torpedo ladle car)(15); a weight detector which is installed on the outer surface of the silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material injection hopper to detect weight of the silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material that is injected into the molten iron after being stored in the injection hopper; and a rotary valve(21) which is installed at an injection port of the lower part of the silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material injection hopper and driven by a motor, the apparatus further comprises a control part(32) for controlling driving of the rotary valve to adjust a target injection amount of the silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material for the TLC by comparing the receiving amount of the molten iron received into the TLC with the injection amount of the silicon adjusting subsidiary raw material injected into the TLC.
