PURPOSE: A steering system of a vehicle is provided to secure the stabilized turning characteristic by variably adjusting the upper and lower position of an inner ball joint depending on the steering angle and under-steering the turning characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A steering sensing unit(30) senses the degree of steering applied to a steering shaft. A movable support unit(32) upwardly and downwardly supports an operating cylinder(10) transmitting the steering force to steering vehicle wheels on a sub-frame(28) of a vehicle body. A control command unit(34) controls the operation of the movable support unit depending on the steering degree sensed by the steering sensing unit.
