PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket mounter, in which a socket can be led smoothly to a clamping part when it is fed and accuracy of mounting position can be increased, when the socket is mounted on a printed board. SOLUTION: When a socket 10 is fed from a supply tube 6, rollers 8A and 8B are abutted against inclining faces 9aA and 9aB of cams 9A and 9B, and the groove parts 7bA and 7bB of holders 7A and 7B open slightly through fulcrums 7aA and 7aB in arrow directions E and F to guide the socket 10 smoothly. When the holders 7A and 7B move downward to separate the rollers 8A and 8B from the inclining faces 9aA and 9aB of cams 9A and 9B, the groove parts 7bA and 7bB of holders 7A and 7B close to clamp the socket 10, thus positioning the socket 10 with respect to the groove parts 7bA and 7bB with high accuracy. When the socket 10 is mounted on a printed board 11, the socket 10 positioned with high accuracy is mounted, while being pressed by means of a pusher 4, thus enabling mounting with high position accuracy. |
