<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building management system promoting the degree of accuracy of control by realizing setting easiness from an operator of outside information and control changeableness from a resident request. SOLUTION: An outside air temperature 6 and a sunshine irradiation 7 are inputted as data to a terminal device 5. A control comparison element is limited to the outside air temperature 6 related to an air conditioner and the sunshine irradiation 7, and a roll screen/blind 8 is controlled by a comparison operation result with a changeable reference value matrixing its control decision terms to enable the control corresponding to an operational request to realize.</p> |
