PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and surely actualize negotiation on a network by connecting a user-side computer system to a service-provider side computer system through a public network and transferring information. SOLUTION: An online negotiation system comprises the service-provider side online negotiation system 10, user-side online negotiation system 20, and public network 30 which connects the both. When a negotiation request receiving means 12 receives a negotiation request and an undertaker answering request that a user makes, an answering instruction means takes information on a person in charge of requested service out of a person-in-charge-of service state storage means and user information out of a user information storage means 16 and displays them on a screen. Electronic mail and chatting are used as negotiation means in an arbitrary stage of this negotiation to complement deficient parts. |
