PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient managing system of a network type project. SOLUTION: In the network type project managing system for managing the network type project, with which respective members belonging to different skill groups are assigned to a plurality of projects, the system is provided with a member target information storage part 20 for previously storing a plurality of achievement references in respect to each of projects for each member, a result storage part 28 for storing the achievement result of each member obtained by completing the project, and a member evaluation accumulating part 33 for comparing the achievement result in the result storage part with a plurality of corresponding achievement references in the member target information storage part 20, deciding which achievement reference is satisfied by the relevant achievement result and evaluating the member achievement on the basis of this decided result. |
