PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting slipsheet inserted in coil is provided to automatically cut the slipsheet that is coiled on a coil reel along with the coil from a slipsheet reel. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for cutting slipsheet inserted in coil comprises a body frame(1) comprising upper and lower frames formed between a slipsheet reel and a coil reel; a slipsheet cutting part(20) which is formed in the upper frame; a cutting moving part(22) which is arranged at the upper side of the upper frame to vertically transfer the slipsheet cutting part(20); an eccentric driving part(30) which is arranged at the side of the slipsheet cutting part(20) to drive the slipsheet cutting part(20); and a frame moving part(10) which is installed at both sides of the body frame(1) to vertically move the upper frame, wherein the apparatus cuts the slipsheet(55) using the slipsheet cutting part(20) by operating the cutting moving part(22), frame moving part(10) and eccentric driving part(30).
