PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article transfer system which is usable for welding equipment capable of executing transfer and inclination functions by a single driving unit and is more efficient and better in cost performance. SOLUTION: This transfer system has a truck equipped with two or more carriage sections 18 movable in a moving path between a first point and a second point. The carriage sections 18 carry at least one workpiece supporting body 26. Link members 24 extend between the carriage section 18 and when the one carriage section 18 moves relative to the other carriage section 18, the link members 24 operates to change the position of the workpiece supporting body 26.
