PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for heating crushed concrete materials and the time for rubbing treatment thereof. SOLUTION: The crushed concrete materials B obtained by crushing concrete lumps A are subjected to the heat treatment using hot air and thereafter aggregates D1 and D2 are separated and regenerated from the crushed concrete materials B. The crushed concrete materials B of >=5 mm in maximum sixes are subjected to heating and rubbing treatment, by which the time for the regeneration treatment of the crushed concrete materials is shortened.
