PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tuning system of electrical appliances improving satisfaction for the performance and handleability of the electrical appliance used by a user by downloading software updated based on gathered information to the electrical appliances, and to provide the method therefor. SOLUTION: An electrical appliance tune-up system is provided with a plurality of the electrical appliances connected to a communication network and controlled by built-in software, and a host computer communicating with the electrical appliances through a communication network. The host computer gathers the using information of the electrical appliances from the user using the electrical appliances through the communication network, updates the software on the basis of the using information gathered from a plurality of the users, and downloads it to the electrical appliances. |
