PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies related to the portable telephone set, where a battery pack module incorporates a battery pack, an external memory IF control section for controlling an interface with an external memory card, and a card socket, and an external memory card lock mechanism for locking the external memory card and detecting the lock state is provided to control read/write to/from the external memory card, so as to prevent the external memory from being destroyed. SOLUTION: The portable telephone set, related to a form 1 of this embodiment is roughly configured with a portable telephone set body A10 and a battery pack module B10 as shown in Figure 1, and the battery pack module B10 is provided with a battery pack 1, the external memory IF control section 15 and the external memory card 17. |
