PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate backup structure, which can be manufactured at a low cost using a simple structure and with which an operator does not need to detect or teach the position of an electronic part fitted to a substrate. SOLUTION: The mechanism is provided with a plurality of backup pins 2, which are positioned in prescribed positions, back up one face of the substrate where the electronic component 21 is loaded in a part where the electronic component does not exist, whose axes are arrange to be orthogonal with one face of the substrate, and which can freely move in the axial direction; springs 7 energizing the respective backup pins in a direction where they are detached from the substrate, and maintaining them in lower positions detached from the substrate by prescribed distances; a pneumatic source 6 giving force moving in a direction where it is brought into contact with the substrate against the energizing force of the spring 7 to the respective backup pins; and stoppers 8 restraining the backup pins moved to the positions touching the substrate. |
