<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower working accuracy for mounting and to improve treatment responsiveness by constituting one passage for use of both of flowing in and out as well as by prevent uneven abrasion at a sealing ring of a rotary joint. SOLUTION: A seal surface 11A at a moving tip of a non-rotating sealing ring 11 having a back surface to which a sealed fluid actuates is held on a seal surface 12A of a rotating sealing ring 12 sprung so that the sealing surface 11A can be freely pressed and moved. An area of a second pressure receiving back surface 12D of the rotating sealing ring 12 at the inside diameter side is almost equal to an area of a first pressure receiving back surface 11D of the non-rotating sealing ring 11 at the inside diameter side.</p> |
