<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for evaluating an architectural design, in which a plan-do-check-action(PDCA) cycle serves as a basic concept, and which are made environmentally friendly and based on a plan-do-check- evaluation-action(PDCEA) cycle effectively adopting a cycle of evaluation. SOLUTION: This environmentally friendly system for evaluating the architectural design is provided with an environmental consideration item input part 113 for inputting and registering items of consideration for an environment for a building to be designed, a check processing part 114 for check whether the selected item of the consideration for the environment is incorporated into the design or not, an evaluation processing part 118 which evaluates whether the result of the architectural design comes up to a prescribed standard or not and which indicates the result of the evaluation, and a reevaluation processing part 123 for performing the reevaluation processing of the design result. In addition, information on the design result is stored in a database 103, and a relationship between a cost and the item of the consideration for the environment is analyzed for utilization.</p> |
