PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service system which enables a maker to provide the best service for a customer. SOLUTION: The customer service system which allows the maker to provide services for a customer when the total purchase points given to the customer who bought service articles of the specific maker at stores reach a threshold previously set by the maker is equipped with a store system 2 which manages data regarding the customer and data regarding the service articles that the customer bought, performs data processing according to the data, and sends data generated through the processing to a system provided at the maker and the maker system 3 which manages total purchase points by customers and determines the best services for the customers according to sent data received from store systems.
