PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a person to be cared is not under 24-hour care and watch on conditions. SOLUTION: A client system 1 shoots appeared conditions of the person to be cared by a camera 2, performs medical measurement to the person by a medical device 3 and transmits information acquired from forgoing performance to a server site 6 via the Internet by a control terminal 4 and an information transmitting means 5. The camera 2 and the medical device 3 are controlled by commands received via the Internet. The server site 6 delivers image information collected from each client system 1 to terminal devices 8 and 9 of care service clerks via the Internet. When signals measured by the medical device 3 indicate irregular values, or when the terminal devices 8 and 9 make a request for emergency call, a care service clerk 10 adjacent to the person is called urgently. Furthermore, the client system 1 includes a telephone communication means to communicate to the service clerk 10 by voice and includes a case that the person or a person living alone accepts or refuses a shooting or detecting through an operation of a switch. |
