PURPOSE: A method and system for a mail service for making an inherent code as a mail account is provided to use a publicized mail account for a public business conveniently and protect a private life of an individual by supplying the publicized mail account of the individual and linking the publicized mail account with a secret individual mail account. CONSTITUTION: An inherent code mail account server(101) includes an inherent code mail account module(111) and a web document(113). A database server(103) connected to the inherent code mail account server(101) includes an inherent code mail account database(115). The inherent code mail account server(101) is connected to a transmission mail server(105) and a receipt mail server(107) through a network(109). The transmission mail server(105) includes the first mail address database(117). The receipt mail server(107) includes the second mail address database(119). A user(123), a mail transmitter(127), a mail receiver(131) are connected to a web site supplied by the inherent code mail account server(101) through the network(109), create one's inherent code mail account, or searches a registered inherent code mail account. Only a user(123) who receives a right by a manager of the inherent code mail account server(101) searches an inherent code mail account. If the mail transmitter(127) transmits a mail to the mail receiver(131), the mail transmitter(127) connects to an inherent code mail account search page supplied by the inherent code mail account server(101), inputs a search word, and searches an inherent code mail account of the mail receiver(131).
