PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct cutting with an accurate length without generating plastic deformation in a sheath of a cable. SOLUTION: The cable 21 is conveyed while sandwiched by a groove provided in a driving belt 20 and extended along a conveying direction of the cable 21, and a driven belt 30. A conveying length of the cable 21 is measured by an encoder for detecting a rotational amount of a driven roller 25 to be cut into a prescribed length by a cutting means 55.
