PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a trim part for a car having no separation line formed to the surface thereof even if an undercut part is present in the trim part for the car and a mold includes the contact part of a plurality of mold members. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the trim part for the car includes a placing process 6 for covering the contact parts 51a and 51b of a plurality of the mold members 36, 39, 42, 45 and 48 of a mold 52 for forming undercut parts 18a and 18b of the trim part 10 with a film 34 and placing the other surface 34b of the film on the inner surface 52a of the mold 52, a molding process S7 for injecting a resin compound in a cavity to cure the same to mold a resin molded article integrated with the film 34 and a peeling process S8 for peeling the film 34 from the cured resin molded article. |
