PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material carrying and supporting a casting mold structure relating to a guest compound which has high mechanical strength and is capable of withstanding long-term use and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the separating agent carrying and supporting the casting mold structure of the target material has a process step of obtaining a liquid mixture by mixing a cyclic molecule having a first polymerizable group, inorganic material having a second polymerizable group, the target material or its analog and a polymerizable monomer in a solvent; a process step of forming a polymer layer derived from the polymerizable monomer on the surface of the inorganic material and forming the casting mold structure which is the casting mold structure of the target material or its analog and consists of the polymer derived from the polymerizable monomer and the cyclic molecule into the polymer layer; and a process step of removing the target material or its analog from the casting mold structure.
