PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a ball clogging phenomenon is generated at a site for introducing a game ball of a tank rail. SOLUTION: An introducing part 111a for introducing a game ball flowing from a bottom part flowing outlet 121 into a downstream side end part 111c is provided at a game ball introducing site 101 and an inclination movement member 111 in which the downstream side end part 111c and an upstream side end part 111b are inclined and moved approximately in the opposite direction within a specified range around a specified rotating shaft 112 as a rotational center in accordance with an application condition of a force from the flowing-in game ball to the introducing part 111a is provided. In accordance with the application condition of the force from the flowing-in game ball to the introducing part 111a, in the inclination movement member 111, the downstream side end part 111c and the upstream side end part 111b are inclined and moved approximately in the opposite direction within the specified range around the rotating shaft 112 as the rotational center. As this movement is transmitted to the game ball introduced at the introducing part 111a, flowing- down of the game ball is accelerated in the game ball introducing site 101 and the ball clogging phenomenon is not generated.
