PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide some or all of the equipment members with a photocatalytic function exhibiting an antibacterial property and soil resistance. SOLUTION: A forehead-applied member 11 having a titanium oxide photocatalytic function is made of a synthetic resin material, the surface of which is covered by titanium oxide film, and fixed to the center of a supporting section curved toward the forehead. Light sources 13a and 13b emitting short ultraviolet light and irradiating the surface of the forehead-applied member 11 are provided at both ends of the supporting section 12. When there is no subject, by irradiating the forehead-applied member 11 with ultraviolet light from the light sources 13a and 13b, the titanium oxide film is made to exhibit an antibacterial property and soil resistance.
