PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate heating control suited for the applications of each cooking plate in a multifunctional cooking plate having various kinds of exchangeable cooling plate. SOLUTION: The multifunctional cooking plate comprises a plurality of types of cooking plates suited for cooking applications, a heating stand where one of the plurality of kinds of cooking plates is set directly or indirectly, a heating means that is provided inside the heating stand for heating the cooking plate on the heating stand, a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the cooking plate on the heating stand, and a heating control means for controlling the heating output of the heating means according to the temperature detection value of the temperature sensor. In the cooking plate, the heating control means performs heating control according to each kind of heating characteristic of the plurality of types of cooking plates.
