PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board for religious actions, such as a stupa, a votive picture of a horse and the like, which can be used repeatedly. SOLUTION: Two or more surface materials are laminated peelably on adhesive layers 6 formed on the both sides of a core material 2. The core material 2 is obtained by forming adhesive layers 6 of flat resin coating layers on the both sides of a core base material 5 made of wood or plastic. The surface material 3 is obtained by forming a printed layer 8 obtained by printing a woody pattern on the surface of a base material 7 of a sheet of plastic, paper or the like, forming an inscribing part 9 on which inscription can be done with a pigment on the printed layer 8, then forming an adhesive layer 10 on the frame of the base material 7 around the inscribing part 9 and forming an adhesive layer 11 on the other side of the base material 7.
