PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems; nursing persons, such as mothers, heretofore have many hardships before children disliking tooth brushing have the habit of making tooth brushing in the case of infants to a childhood and besides, persons handicapped in one hand, bed-ridden sick persons, etc., feel more inconvenient when these persons are going to brush their teeth by themselves or even when the tooth brushing is done by the nursing persons. SOLUTION: This toothbrush is formed by combining and integrating a holder for dental cream with a toothbrush. Namely, the back of a toothbrush shaft is bored with a cream hole and such brush shaft is formed as a fixing holder 1. The inner side is cut with internal threads. A dental cream shaft containing the dental cream is put with external threads at the joint part of a soft tube having pliable stretchability, by which an attachable and detachable holder 2 is formed and the attachment and detachment of 1 and 2 are made possible. When a user grips the attachable and detachable holder 2 of the dental cream shaft and lightly presses the holder, the cream oozes out and therefore the user is able to brush his or her teeth by extruding the cream little by little and once stopping the force.
