CDMA MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA mobile communication method and system that can identify each base station with high accuracy in an incoming line from a mobile station to a base station so as to enhance a reception characteristic of an incoming base station. SOLUTION: A mobile station 3 assigns different short codes to a signal (DPCH signal: Dedicated downlink physical channels) destined to all base stations 1a to 1c and a signal destined to a particular base station among the base stations 1a to 1c (ACK/NACK signal from the base stations 1a to 1c with respect to an HS-DSCH (High Speed Downlink Shared Channel) signal). Then the mobile station 3 uses the assigned short code and a long code particular to itself to transmit a transmission signal subjected to spread processing. Then the base stations 1a to 1c receive the signal from the mobile station 3 and uses the assigned short code and the long code particular to the mobile station 3 to apply inverse spread processing to the received signal thereby regenerating the signal before being subjected to the spread processing.
