SOLUTION: The streaming data distribution system is provided with a distribution request reception means receiving a distribution request, an identification and location information storage means storing identification information identifying the streaming data and location information, a random extraction means randomly selecting the streaming data and extracting its identification information, a distribution order means extracting the identification information to be distributed on the basis of a predetermined distribution order rule, a data code preparation means preparing a data code and transmitting it to a user terminal and a streaming data execution means extracting the location information of the streaming data corresponding to the identification information from the identification and location information storage means and executing the streaming data. |
