PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information service through contract terminals by sharing customer information by an ASP server and an information control server installed in an ASP center by linking store terminals of a plurality of food service companies and contracted terminals of client companies via a communication line and performing prescribed analysis of the customer information common to all stores. SOLUTION: This method and system is constituted of the plurality of store terminals 8, the plurality of contract terminals 9, the ASP server 2 installed in the ASP center A and having a contract WEB server 1, a sale managing means 21, a purchase managing means 22, a customer managing means 24 and a company managing means 25, an individual store DB device 5 having a sale management DB 51, a customer management DB 52 and a purchase management DB 53, an information control server 4 having an information analyzing means 41 and an information retrieving means 42 and a shared customer DB device 6 having an all stores sale management DB 61 and an analysis information DB 64. |
