PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to receive a service without meeting by circulating electronic coupon information on a network and lifting a limiting item. SOLUTION: In the case of selecting the electronic coupon information guide of a Web site displayed on a display part 14, a user computer terminal 4 transmits request information for requesting the distribution of corresponding electronic coupon information to a WWW server 3, which distributes the electronic coupon information to the user computer terminal 4. The user computer terminal 4 receives the electronic coupon information and stores it in a storage part 12. When a user performs electronic business by using the electronic coupon information, the user computer terminal 4 is operated by a user to start an e-mail transmission and reception program stored in the storage part to transmit an e-mail with the electronic coupon information attached to a providing source computer terminal 2, to a providing source computer terminal 2, which receives the e-mail attached with the electronic coupon information and stores it in a storage part 22. |
