PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selling and buying system for used car by which security in selling and buying of used car via the Internet is improved and burden for a buyer for various procedures for transfer can be reduced as well. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a mediator side terminal 12 for preparing/managing a home page 13 for carrying the vehicle information of used cars, a seller side terminal 22 for a seller 21 to input vehicle information to the home page 13 and a buyer side terminal 32 for a buyer 31 to access the vehicle information and after the negotiation of selling and buying is temporarily established between the seller 21 and the buyer 31, a mediator 11 receiving the will expressing purchase of used car on the basis of the vehicle information provided by the seller 31 is deposited with the relevant real car from the seller 21 at least and on the condition that the negotiation of selling and buying is formally established between the seller 21 and the buyer 31, the price for purchasing the vehicle received from the buyer 31 is paid to the seller 21. Related documents received from the seller 21 and subjected to substition processing of required various procedures and the relevant real car are delivered to the buyer 31. |
