PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket issuing device in which service to a bettor is enhanced. SOLUTION: The ticket issuing device 1 makes the bettor to select betting information for canceling application when a betting amount on the basis of the betting information filled in a betting application form is higher than a paid amount that is paid in a main body. Thus, the service to the bettor is enhanced and no trouble is caused among bettors when the cancelled betting information hits since the bettor himself/herself cancels the application. |
