PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently secure customers by making it possible to fine timely and accurate needs instead of human-wave business wherein while it is not judged which customer has needs, an action by intuition is taken, to no avail. SOLUTION: An 'inquiry', a 'request for materials', or 'member registration' or a request based upon a 'web design room' arriving through a customer terminal device 11 is received through a web 2 and persons in charge are determined for those requests according to a specific rule that a company prescribes; and requests addressed to terminal devices 33 (34) of the persons in charge to prompt reception confirmation; and reception confirmation by the persons in charge of the terminal devices 33 (34) is obtained, reception confirmation mail is prepared and sent to the customer terminal device 11, and mail urging answering addressed to the terminal devices 33 (34) of the persons in charge is prepared and sent.
