PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certify that data are securely sent and received between a contract server and a client, for example, in a style of contracting between a company and a consumer, etc., wherein one of parties concerned who makes a contract provides a contract server such as a Web server and the other connects as a client to the contract server online to make the contract. SOLUTION: The contract server indicates an address for connection through a notary institution to the client, which requests the notary institution to make the connection according to the address. The notary institution authenticates the client and contract server and establishes a line between the client and contract server. After then, the notary institution stores communication data that satisfy a previously registered extraction rule as communication records according to the extraction rule while transferring communication data between the contract server and client. |
