PURPOSE: Provided are a polymer fluorophore for chemiluminescence, which contains unit fluorophores and can control color variously, and a preparation thereof and a chemiluminescent composition containing the polymer fluorophore. CONSTITUTION: The polymer fluorophore is produced by poly-condensing the unit fluorophores selected from N,N'-dihydroxypropyl-1,6,7,12-tetrakis(p-tert-butylphenoxy)-3,4,9,10-phenylene tetracarboxydiimide as a red unit fluorophore, 2-chloro-9,10-di(p-hydroxyphenyl)anthracene as a blue unit fluorophore, or a mixture thereof by urethane- or ester-bonding. And the chemiluminescent composition contains 3g of the polymer fluorophore and a chemical energy transfer system comprising 10-30mM of an oxalate such as bis(2,4-dinitrophenyl)oxalate, bis(pentafluorophenyl)oxalate, and etc., 1-2 times(based on the oxalate concentration) of a peroxide like hydrogen peroxide, and 1/50-1/30 times(based on the oxalate concentration) of an organic dye such as sodium benzoate and sodium salicylate. |
