PURPOSE: A water quality improving equipment using flexible lift riser equipped at ship is provided, which can move to wide areas arising red tide and control the arm freely in height and level so that it can lift red tide water at low level to upper level and purify it. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises a plurality of pipes composed by strut to flexibly extend; a suction pipe set at the bottom; a distribution pipe installed in the suction pipe; a compressed air line for supplying compressed air from the top; discharge pipe set at the top of the plurality of pipes; a multistage flexible lift risers(1,2,3) set at the ship; an electric winch for keeping vertical and horizon of the multistage lift risers(1,2,3).
