PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a balloting system of membership by telephone line processes the acceptance of balloting data and result processing with high reliability, but meanwhile, a member is always interested in own winning horse balloting result and, in particular, has been anticipated a system capable of responding to balloting result by comparative assessment. SOLUTION: For the current balloting system, when a balloting member, through the telephone line, makes balloting request application from his/her member terminal, the member is made to select whether or not the member participates in 'winning horse balloting result competition', so that a balloting system is provided that has a means that registers the member with a database of the participants if the member selects the participation, collects balloting results of all the members from a general center depending on the condition of 'winning horse balloting result competition' previously defined by an organizer, calculates, and distributes at least the result ranking of the member to the member terminal. |
